Shipping

We use UPS to ship all orders. You will receive an email as soon as your order ships. The time it takes to process and ship your order varies, and in rare cases it could take approximately 2-3 weeks.

UPS expedited service is available, including Next Day Air and Second Day Air. Please allow sufficient time to process your order before it will be sent.

UPS ONLY DELIVERS ON BUSINESS DAYS. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE DELIVERED ON WEEKENDS.



NOTE - We do not charge your credit or debit card until your order is shipped, however we do attempt to get an authorization on your card for the amount of your order at the time your order is placed. This authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your credit limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your credit limit unavailable for other use. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or cancelled the authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds will again become available for use. The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependant on the policies of the bank that issued your card and ranges from 1 to 7 business days.

All shipping charges are estimated based on the weight of the shipment. A handling charge of $3.00 applies to all orders.

Please note: we currently do not ship to PO Boxes, but plan on adding this service soon. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Exchanges / Returns

Sorry, we do not accept returns, but you can exchange for another item.

Items must be accompanied by a receipt and be made within 10 days of receiving the order.

Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The item has obviously been worn
  • The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
  • Stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes are visible
  • Alterations or modifications of any kind have been made
  • Price tags have been removed, altered or damaged
  • Other tags have been removed, altered or damaged

No shipping costs will be refunded for exchanges. Additionally, if you are exchanging an item, you will be charged for shipping the replacement item.

Please write your order number on the box, and include a written description of the exchange.

Please note that if you are making an exchange for a more expensive item, your card will be charged for the difference.
