Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, please call 800-272-4350 to get an RMA number to be included with the item.
Items must be accompanied by a receipt and be made within 10 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The item has obviously been worn
- The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
- Stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes are visible
- Alterations or modifications of any kind have been made
- Price tags have been removed, altered or damaged
- Other tags have been removed, altered or damaged
No shipping costs will be refunded for exchanges. Additionally, if you are exchanging an item, you will be charged for shipping the replacement item.

Can I use a gift card?
Sorry, but you cannot use a gift card because our system does address verification, and gift cards are not billed to your address.

What is a pre-order?
